AI SDR

What is AI SDR?

An AI SDR (sales development representative) is an AI agent that takes on tasks from the early sales stage: answering inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, drafting call scripts and follow-up emails, or preparing meetings. It relieves the sales team but does not replace their judgement and relationship work. When approaching new contacts in Germany and the EU, data protection and rules against unsolicited advertising must be observed.
