What is KI.ordo?
A platform for AI agents, flows, knowledge and organisation tools, combined with consulting on structure, roles and processes.
Which AI does KI.ordo use?
Claude by Anthropic via the Anthropic API. The operator decides which models are available.
Can I test KI.ordo without AI access?
Yes. In demo mode everything works; the AI then returns clearly labelled sample answers.
Where is my data stored?
In the database on the server where KI.ordo runs. For AI answers, the necessary content is sent to Anthropic.
Which files can I upload as knowledge?
Text, Markdown, CSV, JSON and HTML. Please save PDF and Word files as text first.
Will AI replace my employees?
No. The goal is clarity and relief. People make the decisions.
Do we need our own AI licences?
Not for consulting. To run the platform, the operator needs access to the Anthropic API.
What does a consulting project cost?
That depends on the scope. After the initial meeting you receive a fixed quote.
Is KI.ordo available in several languages?
The website is available in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish, the app in German and English. Agents answer in the language of the question.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
We firmly plan these features, but they cannot be used yet. “Partly available” means part of it works already and the rest will follow.
What do the agent packages cost?
Prices have not been set yet. The pricing page shows what each package is meant to include.
Does KI.ordo run on a Mac?
Yes. KI.ordo runs on a Mac, a Linux server or in Docker.
