KI.ordo runs on your own server. You decide who in the team may see and change what.

Database and files stay with you. For AI answers, requests are sent to Anthropic.

Passwords are stored with scrypt, sessions use HttpOnly cookies.
Rate limits per address, an allow list for the website chat, blocked internal addresses in web requests.
When KI.ordo runs under your domain, all data travels encrypted via HTTPS (TLS); login cookies are then only sent encrypted. The connection to the AI provider is always encrypted.
We only process documents you release, anonymised on request. Before the project starts, we sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement.
