Scope

This statement covers the KI.ordo website in all languages, the platform at /app/ and the website chat.

Compliance status

The website and platform are designed to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria contained in the European standard EN 301 549. They are partially compliant; known limitations are listed below. This is based on a self-assessment of 15 October 2026: automated testing of every page with axe-core in light and dark mode, plus keyboard testing, 200 % zoom and 320-pixel width. An independent audit is still pending.

What we have implemented

Full keyboard operation, visible focus, “Skip to content” link
Text contrast of at least 4.5 : 1, including dark mode
Headings, landmarks and labels for screen readers; every page declares its language
Readable at 200 % zoom and at 320 pixels wide
No animation when “Reduce motion” is enabled in the operating system
No time limits and no content from third-party servers
In the flow editor, steps can be moved with the arrow keys and connected via select fields

Known limitations

Flow editor: the graphical connection lines are only available to screen readers through the “Next step” select fields.
AI answers are generated automatically and are not always written in plain language.
The PDF manuals contain structure tags but have not been fully tested against PDF/UA.
For the website chat on third-party sites, accessibility also depends on the host website.
