Vibe Coding

What is Vibe Coding?

Vibe coding describes a way of working in which software is created mainly through natural-language descriptions and AI-generated code is accepted largely without review. The term was coined by AI researcher Andrej Karpathy in February 2025. It can be useful for quick prototypes, but in production it risks undetected security vulnerabilities, hard-to-maintain code and dependencies nobody on the team really understands, so code review and testing remain essential.

How KI.ordo helps

KI.ordo's AI development service builds custom solutions in which code is reviewed rather than accepted unseen.

No-code

No-code refers to tools that let people build applications, automations or websites through graphical interfaces without writing program code. Business teams can implement and test processes themselves instead of waiting for IT development. Limits appear with very specialised requirements, large data volumes or deep integrations. Example: a sales team uses drag and drop to build a flow that sorts and summarises new enquiries.

AI prototype development

An AI prototype is an early, working version of an AI application that lets a team test an idea quickly and at modest cost. Rather than planning for months, you try it with real data and users to see whether the AI solves the task reliably enough, which data is missing and what value it delivers. Example: an assistant that pre-sorts customer enquiries is trialled on part of the inbox for two weeks before deciding on a wider roll-out.

LLM security

LLM security covers all measures that protect applications built on large language models from misuse, data leakage and unwanted behaviour. Typical risks include prompt injection, disclosure of confidential instructions or data, and agents with excessive permissions. Protection comes from several layers: clear instructions, restricted rights, checks on inputs and outputs, AI firewalls, red teaming and regular audits.

Copilot

Copilot is the brand under which Microsoft groups its AI assistants. It includes a general assistant for the web and Windows, Microsoft 365 Copilot for work in Word, Excel, Outlook or Teams, and Copilot Studio for building custom agents; GitHub Copilot supports programming. The assistants are based on large language models and, depending on the variant, can access organisational data in Microsoft 365 (as of October 2026).
